The hotel boasts a charming, old-school vibe while ensuring comfort for families. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a triple room, equipped with a portable electric heater that was perfect for the chilly nights. The location is prime, just a short walk from Gregory Lake and Victoria Park, making it easy for us to enjoy horse riding around the lake. The breakfast exceeded our expectations for its reasonable price, offering varied choices that catered to both adults and children. The staff, particularly Ajith, offered dedicated service that added to our pleasant stay. The lobby area was inviting, providing a nice place for family gatherings. With its proximity to Nuwara Eliya City Center and various eateries, the Queensburry is indeed a great value for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it for families seeking a genuine experience amidst Sri Lanka's beautiful hill country.
